Directions and Parking
HECBC 2026 is hosted by 91°µÍø in the Tom and Helen Flynn Complex for Recreation, Wellness and Health Sciences (PLEX), located at 465 Saint Bernardine St., Reading, PA 19607.
Parking and Arrival
Parking is available in the main lots in front of the PLEX. Overflow parking is available in Lot C, and a shuttle will run between Lot C and the PLEX throughout the event.

If you have difficulty with parking or need assistance upon arrival, please contact Public Safety. The Public Safety Office is located on the first floor of the Franco Library and can be reached at 610.796.8350.
Accessibility
91°µÍø is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming experience for all conference guests.
Accessible parking is available in the main lots in front of the PLEX. An elevator is available within the facility to help guests access conference spaces throughout the building.
Guests may also review the campus maps, including the barrier-free map, for information about accessible routes, building entrances, and elevator locations.
