91°µÍø expands faculty- and Berks educators-led youth experiences in STEM, arts, business and more
91°µÍø’s Total Experience Learning (TExpL)® Institute invites students to take charge of their summer with the launch of the 2026 Momentum Makers Summer Camps, where hands-on learning meets real-world exploration on a college campus.
Open to rising 5th through 12th grade students, this year’s expanded lineup includes more than a dozen immersive camps, offered at introductory and advanced levels, across disciplines including business, medical science, esports, arts, engineering, culinary science and sustainable fashion. The program builds on the record-breaking 2025 season, which engaged more than 600 students, educators and visitors across four weeks of programming at the university’s Reading CollegeTowne campus.
New faculty-led camps explore STEM, business, arts and more with university experts
"Momentum Makers gives students the opportunity to explore their passions while building real-world skills," said Vice President for Innovation and Education Ventures and founder of Total Experience Learning® Adelle L. Schade, Ph.D. "By bringing young learners into our campus community, we’re introducing them to the excitement of discovery and the possibilities of their own futures."
Camps are led by 91°µÍø faculty and Berks County educators trained in the TExpL methodology. The model emphasizes student-led inquiry, collaboration and experiential problem-solving—a hallmark of 91°µÍø's Franciscan approach to holistic, community-engaged education.
Camp offerings are tailored by age group and experience level, and include:
- Introductory and Advanced Business & Entrepreneurship Camps
