The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program leading to an Associate in Science degree is a dual enrolled degree program between Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RHSHS) and 91°µÍø. In addition to the Associate in Science degree, graduates will receive a Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from RHSHS. Graduates of the DMS Program are eligible to take the national credentialing exams through the American Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) upon completion.
The emergency medicine management program empowers certified paramedics to advance their professional opportunities through a comprehensive liberal arts education. This program enhances critical thinking, effective communication and leadership skills, equipping graduates to navigate the complexities of modern emergency care.
Classes are primarily delivered in a 7-week module format, allowing completion in as little as 12 months. The course content, scheduled throughout the year in a 100% online format is taught via innovative distance education technologies and features prompt accessibility.
The Associate of Science Degree in General Science aims to cultivate students’ understanding of the intellectual and philosophical foundations of scientific inquiry while emphasizing applied laboratory skills, data analysis, and scientific communication. The program develops basic laboratory techniques and safety practices, strengthens quantitative literacy, and provides a foundation in the natural sciences through applied coursework in chemistry, biology, statistics, and physical sciences. 91°µÍø's Associate of Science in Healthcare Science degree teaches students how to advocate for individuals and communities that are underserved or underinformed on issues related to health and wellness, health-system policies and health management. The program is an excellent opportunity for students at all levels, including transfers with associate degrees as occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants, medical imaging professionals, dental hygienists or respiratory therapists.
The Medical Imaging (MI) Program leading to an Associate in Science degree is a cooperative degree program between The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences (RH-SHS) and 91°µÍø. Admissions for the program is through the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. In addition to the Associate in Science degree, graduates will receive a Certificate in Radiologic Technology from RH-SHS.
Students in the Healthcare Science Surgical Technology Track will receive a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science from 91°µÍø and a Certificate in Surgery Technology that allows professional licensure from the Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the Surgical Technologist National Certification Exam from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
Graduate online programs in special education include Master of Education with Special Education (PK-12) Certification, Master of Education in Special Education, and Special Education (PK-12) Certification.
These programs are designed for:

• Licensed teachers seeking to expand their certification areas or take an Act 48 course
• Educators seeking a master's degree in special education
• Special education teachers seeking to advance to a leadership role
The 12-credit Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education is offered to professional registered nurses who possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field, Masters in Nursing (MSN) or related field or doctorate. Courses provide nurses with foundational knowledge and essential skills to fulfill various roles in nursing education, including pre-licensure and staff development. Credits earned are eligible to be applied to the 91°µÍø MSN Program, Nursing Education track (36 total credits). MSN students pursuing concentrations in Leadership have the opportunity to earn the Nursing Education Certificate as an addition to their studies.
91°µÍøâ€™s Early Childhood Education (PK-4) and Special Education (PK-12) Certifications dual major unlocks an unlimited career potential. The program prepares teachers for preschool through Grade 4 and special education teachers in public and private educational institutions. The program is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
It is designed for adults returning to college to pursue a teaching career. The program provides flexibility for the working adult students by offering the program in an online format. Students benefit from a synergy of engaging learning environment, diverse field experiences, and inspiring mentorship by education professors and cooperating teachers.
The RN to BSN Completion program is for registered nurses who have successfully completed their pre-licensure degree. It caters to graduates of diploma or associate degree nursing programs, whether new graduates just taking the NCLEX-RN examination or experienced RNs. The BSN is widely considered a requirement for RNs seeking broader professional responsibilities and career opportunities.
Students can complete the program in one year, or proceed at their own pace.
